Product Installation
Base Surface Preparation: Apply anti-corrosion paint to the base surface in highly corrosive environments to enhance overall corrosion protection
Laying and Sealing: Unfold the cement blanket and position it on the prepared surface. Maintain a 20cm overlap width and seal all overlap areas and edges with anti-corrosion sealant to prevent corrosive media penetration
Wetting Procedure: Use neutral water (pH 6-8) to wet the cement blanket, avoiding acidic or alkaline water that could compromise product performance
Post-construction Protection: After curing, inspect the surface for cracks or damage. Repair any imperfections promptly with anti-corrosion cement mortar. Avoid direct contact with strong corrosive media during use
