Product Overview
Our Cement Blanket is a flexible, easy-to-deploy slope protection material constructed from high-tensile fiberglass mesh and premium Portland cement. The unique structural design ensures excellent adhesion to slope surfaces, forming a dense, crack-resistant protective layer with high compressive and tensile strength after hydration.

Application Scenarios
Ideal for comprehensive slope protection projects including highway and railway embankments, mountain slopes, riverbank revetments, and mine dump slopes. Effectively prevents soil erosion from rainwater scouring and landslides caused by soil loosening.

Construction Process
  1. Slope Preparation: Trim slope to remove weeds, tree roots, and loose soil; level uneven areas and compact the surface thoroughly.
  2. Blanket Laying: Unroll cement blanket from top to bottom of slope, ensuring tight fit; overlap adjacent sheets by 12-18cm and secure with U-shaped nails (spacing: 50-80cm).
  3. Watering & Curing: Spray water gently and evenly until blanket is fully soaked; cover with plastic film in strong sunlight or rain conditions. Initial hardening: 3-5 days. Full strength: 7-10 days.
